Libby Manship is a senior consultant with more than 20 years of experience leading change management, program implementation, and strategic initiatives across education, workforce development, healthcare, and the nonprofit and private sectors. She brings deep expertise in project management, marketing strategy, technology projects, communications, brand development, stakeholder engagement, and authentic storytelling that amplifies customer and community voices.

Known for her collaborative, servant‑leader approach, Libby rolls up her sleeves to help teams translate strategy into action—aligning brand, messaging, and execution to achieve meaningful, measurable results. Her work has earned professional recognition for strengthening brands, managing change, and elevating both teams and organizations.

Libby has been recognized as an IBJ 40 Under 40 recipient and received the Governor’s Award for Public Service Excellence in recognition of her leadership and impact. She is a graduate of Franklin College and earned her MBA from Anderson University, where she is also recognized as a Distinguished Alumna.
